1. We Reach Out Within One Business Day
After you submit the above form, our team will give you a call to learn more about your land, your vision, and your timeline.
2. You Complete a Brief Questionnaire
From there, we will send you a short questionnaire about your ideal home and features so Ian can come prepared with some preliminary ranges before you meet.
3. You meet with Ian
We will schedule a consultation with Ian, our owner, to walk through your project, answer your questions, and have an open conversation about whether we are the right builder for you. From there, we lock in every detail before construction begins.

Yes. Fig Tree Homes is an approved VA builder. We are currently building for VA loan clients and are familiar with the requirements.

That depends largely on how prepared you are coming in. If your land is ready and you have a general vision, we can typically schedule your consultation within five to seven business days of your first call. From there, our pre-construction process moves at the pace you set.

No. We finalize 98% of selections before the construction contract is signed, so your budget reflects what your home actually costs before we ever break ground.
